Booking Your Safari

Booking is easy! Simply fill out this contact form, and Charles will personally reach out to discuss your itinerary, preferences, and travel dates. We’ll then craft a custom safari package just for you.

We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance, especially if you’re traveling during peak seasons like the Great Migration (July–October). This ensures the best accommodation and safari availability.

Yes. A 30% deposit is required to secure your safari, with the balance due 60 days before departure.

45+ days before departure: Cancellation fees may apply depending on lodges booked.
45 to 7 days before departure: $200 per person cancellation fee, plus any additional charges from lodges.
Less than 7 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
No-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Yes! Our safari lodges and camps offer a variety of meal options, and we can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and other dietary needs upon request. Please let us know your dietary preferences when booking so we can make arrangements in advance.

We recommend packing lightweight, neutral-colored clothing, comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera for capturing the incredible wildlife. Evenings and early mornings can be chilly, so bring a light jacket or sweater.

Getting to Kenya & Travel Logistics

You’ll fly into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi, Kenya. We’ll be there to pick you up as soon as you land.

Yes. Most travelers, including those from the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K., need an eVisa for Kenya and Tanzania, which can be applied for online before departure.
Details will be emailed to you for all Visa details after booking.

Yes. A list of all vaccinations will be sent to your after booking.

While we welcome families, our safaris are best suited for teenagers and older. Due to long game drives and the nature of safari travel, kids under 10 may find it challenging.

Yes, tipping is an important part of the safari industry:
$3 per person per meal for lodge staff
$10 per day per person for safari guides

Yes! Instead of cash, we recommend school supplies, clothing, or books for children in the villages we visit.
